This might sound funny , but where is the throttle position switch located.

Anyone have a picture?

Is there and aftermarket fuel filter available
and plug wires?

I think I should change them.

plug wires are available from EME  http://www.euromotoelectrics.com/category-s/753.htm along with the filter and lots of other goodies.
Some of his gear is a bit pricey but other stuff is good but overall the quality is good.
