Hi all. I have recently bought a K1100LT and am in the process of rebuilding it. I have been following MikeP's build on this site and his amazing work.

Welcome to the forum. You sure are in the right place. So is the K1100 morphing into a cafe racer or remaining an L T?? Either way a k is very enjoyable and you will get as much technical help as you need. Its always nice to meet up with fellow K riders too.

It's morphing into something lower and a lot lighter. I'm not sure it's strictly going to be a cafe. It has a guzzi griso front end and wheels and a modified frame. I'll post some pics when I start to reassemble it bit it's currently scattered over Sydney Smile I have the engine and the rear end in a Jack in the garage at the moment so it's nothing exciting to look at Smile
