Been putting this off for a week but have to come clean.
Went over to Manchester last Monday and bought a K16.
It's a 2012 K1600GT SE with 8000 miles and it's red.
Did 500 miles over the weekend and it's awesome.
It does have an option I wasn't expecting, the invisibility cloaking device.
I always wave or nod at other bikes I meet, but now none of them appear to be able to see me! Talk about inverted snobbery.
Even ignored by another K bike. You know who you are if you're reading this.
Still wearing the same old riding gear before anyone says it. Although I did retire my 7 year old jacket and buy a new Richa.
Unfortunately, the K100 is up for sale. Don't have the room and working on it is getting more difficult with the arthritis in my thumbs.
