I guess you have a K75 (I have a psychic gift!)...it is useful to add your bike details (year/model etc.) in your signature block to allow other members to provide more precise advice. Bike photos are well received too.

The speedo healer will do the job but you must get the right one for a K100 as they aren't the same as for the great majority of the Japanese bikes.
They are often used to change the speed limiter on some bikes.

Welcome Jim.  You could buy the speedometer I have which is calibrated in KPH.  I'm in Toronto too.
