Hello, seems like everything going off at once. Can I get some input  on my diagnosis please.

This one apparently means a leak from either output shaft seal or Gearbox input shaft seal ?

And this one means water/oil pump needs redoing?

And to top it off I have oil in the final drive swing arm, at the F/D end, sounds like Final Drive input seal??

I had my mechanic look at it but she didn't want to commit.

Tks orforester, I wasn't sure about the water pump, I know it was redone 4 years ago. On close inspection it seems to be the bottom oil pan join might be leaking a bit. Never had that off so something  else to experience.
Rosskoe has the same rear leak so might be a joint effort.

The holes you got right 10/10 young fella looks like you were paying attention in class after all despite the snoring noises.

The oil/water pump is OK there is no leak there but there is some black oily smudge just near the crash bar mounting. Now don't panic but it is probably a weep from the cylinder head oil drainage channels. They tend to drip where the gasket is when cold but it isn't worth fixing till it gets real bad.  It often shows up as a bit of smoke from the headers when its warming up and can do it for years without even showing up as a drip on the floor. Marg's K75 has been doing it for about 4 years and doesn't even show up as oil loss between changes.

The simple way to check the output shaft/gearbox input shaft weep is to get some of the oil on your finger then sniff it.

If it smells like bad eggs it's the gearbox input shaft but more likely it will be an aged and brittle output shaft O-ring (under the clutch retaining nut).

Like a lot of people, I don.t ever have any oil on the floor, just been a bit slack cleaning it lately. I actually have a white puppy who crawled in under the bike and came out as a negative skunk, thought I better have a look down there. 
Thanks for the tips everyone, my black dog watches me closely and steals spanners and sockets, bit of a zoo here.
It all looks so simple when other people do it, guess it's my turn if I can stop riding for a few days.

Ya, that hole under the transmission case should be dry as a bone. Try cleaning all the gunk off and running the bike for a tank or two and revisit it. If more oil has collected then you know it's a leaky rear main seal.  

RT- I'm not getting a hit on your VIN number. Hint: the 85's should have two leading zeros in the last seven (7) digits; for example: My '85 RT=0052864 and my '85 K100=0031515

Starting with 104EA, it's a engine code number from a K100:
#2071 produced in week 25 year 85.

Rats, I knew cleaning would be involved. Roadworks just around the corner from me for the  next few weeks and it's rainy season here now so looking forward to cleaning it up so's I can go around the corner and get it dirty.

The MIL has plenty of old towels, she steals my grease laden rags from around my work area and soaks them in her hand basin, no soap, just cold water. I'm not going there.
And as if that isn't enough, I have this to attend to.

Yesterday riding home from the Capital Rally we stopped in a park outside of Thirlmere to let the dogs have a run etc.  It was raining just lightly but clearing.  Just before leaving Leroy decides to have drink from a puddle, then stand in the puddle, then lay in the puddle and roll onto his side.  The interior of the sidecar is now quite muddy.  Ended up in the shower with the dog washing him when I got home.

He does like the water but I havent seen him do this yet.
