Hi all, I just bought 'another brick'. This is my third K100RS, the first I bought new in '85 sold late 90's with 435,000km, I have another '86 RS with 235,000km but the last roo strike did quite a bit of fairing damage so I have a new to me '86 K100RS with 178,900km.

I have been riding an F800ST for the last couple of years but wrote it off a month ago and decided to K bike it again. Just had the first out of town ride today 360km round trip and returned a neat 50mpg, 5.73l/100km this included quite a bit of 'testing' pretty good for a 27 year old bike.

Anyway, hello all and enjoy the ride   Very Happy

One of the more interesting aspects of my ride is that the fuel consumption listed in the handbook, according to ISO 7860 at a steady 120km/h is 5.7l/100km. So 27 years later, not at a steady 120kmh, but rather more, I matched that economy, must be finally run in........Very Happy
