I don't think JO would be functional without the "occasional" burger.

Follow this thread to see photos of the wrecked bike. It looks like IKON shock failure.

Motobrick sponsored ride in SW Wesconsin (Crash on the way home) Crash-10
Bob and his wife were riding home from our ride this weekend, and near Freeport IL Shock failed and ripped into their new tire, causing then to highside into a grassy ditch.

Worth Looking at your shock.

That looks like exactly the same problem that my friend here in Stanthorpe had about 18 months ago when the top mount parted company with the rest of the shock. Fortunately his did it when he lifted the bike onto the centre stand after he arrived home from a 2000km ride.  The whole unit litterally fell apart.
The owner of the local bike shop here has refused to sell IKON shocks because of repeated warranty claims.
IKON shocks bear absolutely no resemblance to the original KONI that we used to buy many years ago and I will go so far as to state that IKON is CRAP.
I reckon it's about time someone sued that mob of idiots and made it very public.
If he wants to contact me you will have to do it through this forum as I no longer am a member of Motobrick.com.
