i have an inquisitive mind on exploring the road out of gloucester down to warchope ....

i think rt, ulrick , and col have a recent knowledge of that road ...

i seem to remember,,, way back in my young years of a wiggly road that went on and on forever

maybe its a different one but i hope to find it one day ...might take a while though ...could it be out of kempsey ..up the hill ?

maybe on the return leg out of dungog i might take a right out of glouchester rather than a left up the thunderbolts way ?

The trick is to go from Grafton up to Glen Innes...then from Guyra go down to Uralla..over to Walcha then turn left there and go down through to Wauchope. That's the best surfaced of all the roads down the escarpment to the coast...trust me... Then after Dungog you go back to Gloucester and go through Krambach to the pacific hwy....that's a good ride as well. You can call in at the bike museum at Nabiac.

the oxley from memory...2 hours of twisting hot mix...so much fun your arms will pump up and you will start to dream of a piece of straight road....you will be tired and happy....

Hey Charlie you could play the new game.
How many times can you cross the devide in 48 hours only using each road once and 2 stops of at least 6 hours each.
You can cross a road many times but only ride along each part once in either direction.
Sounds like a bit of a challenge to me and interesting.
The devide is the mountain range running the length of the East coast of Australis from top Cape York to the Grampians in western Victoria. (for you people that live in unimportant parts of the world like US, Canada and UK )

went to Gloucester for lunch fromWindsor and then on to Wauchope and that is what we found.....took a bit to recover so rode down the coast way.....cruise control on......

Dungog road was a bit rough and bumpy but between Gloucester and Wauchope...COOL
