To get myself ready for the big ride I took today (Thursday) off work. Everything seemed to be ok on the bike so I sent RT a message and suggested we meet up down his way and have a bit of ride.
A good test for my yet unproven bike and a chance to catch up.
I met Bob (RT) at Mittagong, kicked tyres, had a chat and headed off to Kiama.
Bob lives in a magic part of NSW and the riding is excellent. I would love to tell you how we got to where we ended up but all I can say is it was down hill (Southern Highlands to the coast kind of down hill).
Ended up at Kiama blowhole for a drink and a chat.
Took a few photos and then headed back to Bob's place for a wind down and another chat.
Had a great time thanks Bob.
Obviously made it home safe and sound.
While we were at it we made a new photo challenge, but as we were unable to find a working piece of military hardware it will have to wait.
So just to end off here is a photo or two.
Thats Bob
