The relay is grounded at hall sensors via the ignition ECU.
It`s been a couple of hall sensor issues her lately,
which causing the starter to turn off-on-off-on.
To verify try to ground hall sensor negative connection, pin 3 at ignition ECU.
Earlier it was a couple of issues where ground was permanently lost,
which was solved by changing the ignition ECU.
