Well it certainly is different. I think it would handle alright but it would be a challenge to figure out your line for the first time.

Hard to tell accurately from the angle but it doesn't look like there's much in the way of tow or lean in. It looks like the pup would be constantly tossed up into the air....unless he is a good swinger.

Yeah that chair would bounce a bit maybe a small damper in the parabellum set up would help.

From my limited engineering knowledge that little "chair" would lean with the bike. You would want a very special kind of dog in there to not be totally freaked out by that.
