Hello all, long time lurker first time poster. Just recovered a 1985 K100 from a barn in Houston, Texas, cost me $100. Had an 85 K100 years ago and was motivated for a restoration project, thinking maybe a cafe/streetfighter. Currently riding a 94 K1100RS. Was motivated to register based upon all the good and friendly advice, I will definitely need it based upon the condition of the bike I just brought home.

Ask away there is no such thing as a dumb question just dumb mistakes.
Post some pics and maybe a restoration thread we all enjoy keeping up with whats being done to make them look like new.
