Certainly worth the laugh.
When Queensland introduced helmet laws on 1st Jan 1971 they didn't get the legislation quite right and many motorcyclists were seen wearing their helmets with the safety strap properly secured on their knee because the law said it had to be worn but not where it had to be worn.

In Nigeria heat vegetable helmet is much more comfortable then plastic one
