At the BMW store, I was given a gas tank seal which seems thicker than the original one on my "early" K100, part number is 16111453690.

I looked in various documents and found nothing else than 16111453690 as part for the tank seal.

Would someone have the correct part number for this old model seal tank?

Hi Eric,

I have just had a look at Bike Bandit and they seem to run their own part numbers but it is listed under their parts breakdown. Whether it is a replacement part for the newer tanks it is hard to say.

The official BMW ETK parts cd (my version is February 2007) gives the reference # 16111453690 for the tank seal.
