The fuel pump on my K 100 LT was gone - so after hearing that the one on
some Opel cars (in the UK sold as Vauxhall) is practically identical, I
went looking to the spare parts shops. And really - I bought the pump
used on some Opel, BMW and Mercedes cars. The lower part is a bit
different, but it fits, and pressure slightly higher, 3 instead of 2,5
Bar.
Now it only remains to find the spare vibrations damper (old
one's rubber practically disintegrated, what most probably caused
pump's failure - it sucked in pieces of rubber). Anyone has one that he doesn't need?
