Seen a 2000 k1100RS exhaust, can this be made to fit an 85/6 K100?? Thought someone on here had tried but I can't find the post.

The difference is in whether the bike has rubber mounted footpeg plates or the later straight bolt-on type. Also, if the exhaust is from a 16V model then there are potential centre stand clearance issues but which are not insurmountable. If it's from a 2000 K1200RS (not K1100RS) then the upswept angle is all wrong for earlier bikes if original pannier use is desired.

Seller states it's from a 2000 K1100RS and the silencer is upswept although I'm unlikely to use this bike with panniers and I won't have the side stand retractor fitted as its potentially for a café racer project.
What drew me to the system was the kinked pipe No 4 pipe. I've seen that design on aftermarket performance exhausts to maintain equal primary lengths.
What concerned me was whether or not the protuberance would clear the rear wheel and centre stand.
