Yep just an ordinary old basic K100. The shock is a Fournales shockall air and a real dog. You needed a special pump to pressurize them and that was often.
If they lost pressure that was it all over the tyre sat on the inner gard and stopped. French made. probably related to a Citroen.
There is of more interest to me a very early K100 naked on ebay at the moment No 628 of the line.

Those K1100RS bricks are nice bits of machinery allright. That is a factory paint scheme and I think that the K1100RS was the pick of the Bricks and have wanted one for ages. I have toyed lately with bringing one in from the US as they are heaps cheaper there.

There was a nice metallic red (fastest colour) K1100RS for sale about a year ago. 8000 miles and £3000.
Although that's a nice colour scheme too. It is a standard one, seen it before.
It was looking at these made me feel like a change.

They are hard to get out of your system.
Fancy a K1200GT (brick type). Seen a few low miles examples for sale recently.
Modern chassis, tyres & brakes. Even got cruise control.
Last of the bricks and ignored by most.

Yep they are nice and the best thing of all is you can wave back to the goldwing riders with your right hand.
I was looking at one a few days ago and SWMBO leaned over my shoulder and said "NO" you have enough now. I have a habit of keeping all my bikes and just buying more.
