Hy everybody, im from Toul in France, i am the owner of a 1989 bmw k100lt, before this one a 1986 K100rs, im very enjoy to find this forum about K100.. that motorbyke is the best on my eyes New from France 212902

When I discovered that an ex Neighbor registered on this forum, I sent him a quick personal welcome. (Fred was living about 25 kms from where I am originally from.)

His personal reply can be interpreted as a big thank you to the forum members spending time to 'educate newbies.'
Here is what he sent me:
'Passionate people about the K100 technology cannot avoid this forum. The exchange of experience, tips and tricks doesn't stop at borders. Even if the language can be an obstacle, with tools like Google translate we can overcome this road block. More topics, discussions, posts will insure that our bikes will live longer.'

Warm welcome Fred and .... long life to the K100.
Just too bad that Fred was not the 1,500th registered user (one day too late Sad )
