I have been into K Bikes for many years and over the years I have accumulated a ton of parts and bikes. I currently ride a K11LT but need to make room in the garage so some of the K100s have to go. I have pulled trailers with my k bike all over the country. If anyone here is looking to corner the market on project bikes and parts this is a good start. Enough parts to last a person and his bike a lilfe time.

i wonder if you have thought of running a small heater inside the cluster ?

just a plastic looking strip of resistance wire in most cases

If I was to list all the parts I have I would need my own forum. I have dismantled 2 k100 and still have 3 more rollers. Plus 2 running 1985 k100RSs. Plus boxes of parts that I got along the way. Some of it is stuff that will never be needed but other stuff is in demand. Would love someone to came here with a truck.(a big truck) and buy it all for a great price. I will list some parts along the way but don't wasn't to take up too much space in the forum. I do not sell parts for a living. I just do this every so often to make room. Or when I Change brands. I used to be into British stuff then one sold all the british iron and went to BMW.
