I've had reverse shoulder replacement surgery for my left shoulder 4 months ago.
It will be some time before I'm even back on a bike.

Tilly and I are planning on popping up on the Saturday if the wheels don't fall off along the way. 
This will mark her debut at this sort of ride.

Yes Gaz, it's now really frightening to ride instead of plain terrifying.  
Surely that's an improvement. Oh well, if we have to sit on 70kmh to Tottenham and back...so be it.

Hello Charlie 
I'm leaving Brisbane on the Saturday the 14th and taking the long so way south to Canberra as work has told me to take some annual leave (then cancelled and reinstated the leave twice) + If I hang around home, I will get more jobs from the other boss that must be obeyed.

I'm Planning on getting to the rally site from the South on the Friday the 20th with Grumpy and Rob Lovett from the BM touring club

You deserve the break mate ....enjoy !!!!

My K100 and Sidecar project has way too many gremlins at this stage, so Tilly and I will probably take the Hardly Driveable.

not many steel framed "k" bikes present at this years "Far Cairn Rally "
but great to see the ones there 
an RS - SE , a RS- motorsport (matt) , rs - something (black betty ) , an 1100 lt  and another rt - lt i didnt get a pic of 









lots of the new type RS offerings in the boxer type and many varied brands all over 

the presentation evening
