Hi there!

Yes, i know, GPS units are outdated to some, and distractive to others, but since my Quest2, i can't ride without one!

To install one on my K100RS wasn´t easy, but after some trial-error i think this is the optimal location, IMHO!

One RAM Mount on the handlebar, short RAM coupler and Garmin base!

Optimal location in this place? Shocked

You'll be staring at the fuel tank when riding.

It won't distract you: it will blind you.
Are you expecting to be on the short list for a Darwin Award?

jbt, how in this earth i didn't notice that???

You are perfectly right, geez!!!!!  affraid

I wasn't thinking well when i attatched the gps to the handlebar and it appears on the tank! You may not know, but Darwin himself, like me, drove coutless km around europe with notes and/or maps inside the tank bag. Yes, ON the tank, and even BMW designed those bags with the top cover translucid for... you guessed it: maps and notes!

Yes, i'm that old! Darwin is older, but in good nick!

So, from now on, i will not assist to some Netflix movie on the gps while i'm riding, just a blimp on the thing will keep me on the right track!

Thanks and ride safe!  Cool
