There is a set of hard case side luggage off of a 2015 100GS 
Will they fit my 1997 K1100LT.

After talking to the seller, she is not sure of the year or model of the bike.
Her brother passed away and she has been cleaning out his garage.
I told her that I would bring my old luggage with and and compare.

If the cases don't have molding on their backs that look like this,

I dont believe GS models ever had our Z rails.

Only R100R & R100 Mystic, and any Monolever 'street' twin from 1985 onward used Z frames like K bikes. Airhead GS models stuck with the early, traditional rectangular loops until the last days of Airheads, circa 1995. These, of course, are not intended for K bikes.
