I’m looking for info on where to get new proper throttle cable and front brake hoses for a North American edition K75T bike. The BMW site only lists for a C model and no available brake hose. This bike has the sit and beg bars.

Attached is a screen shot from the parts fiche of MaxBMW in the USA. It shows you the part and part number of the cable you need for a sit-up-and-beg handlebar. BMW's fiche calls a "highboard"handlebar, others call them "touring" bars. Here is a link to that site's page. The cable can be found in the 32-Steering section and is listed as Bowden cable. The longer brake hose likely is also available, in the Brakes section of the K75RT model. I used Max to change my Brick's cable and hose to shorter lengths when I replaced a high handlebar with a lower one. I used a cable and hose from the K75S model.
