Hi everybody, here is my new member intro. I live in Williamston SC and work and volunteer at 2 Fire Depts. I've been riding BMW motorcycles since 1985 and have owned quite a few. I learned how to ride a bike on a 1976 R90s and wish I had hung onto it. In 1986 I had purchased a K100 bike and had it for awhile. I have ridden mostly R bikes with the exception of 1 HD. I have recently acquired a 1985 K100 and it is a joy to ride. It has some issues that need worked out though. I have also gotten ahold of another 1985 K bike that is in pieces. it is all there mostly(94%) I would have to say. That will be my retirement project I think. I will look forward to talking with you all and perhaps if we are close enough to ride together. Thank You, Chris G
