Hi, Did this bike u a couple of years ago, been sitting since so I thought time to get it back on road. Have a few stick on decals left to install and for the life of me cannot find where they should be located
The K100RS label and the two flashes

Any assistance gratefully received

How do you post image... The attach document seems to just invoke a web page

Ringfad is our local 'Style' specialist who I'm sure will be along shortly with some intel.

I started out with a Style, but the first thing I did once I rode it home after purchase was remove the decals. They looked too 'Japanese' to me at the time and without it the bike looked a lot more classy.

By the way, I'm sure the black RS Style was a 1987 only edition. Great bike.

1. the K100 RS Style was only made in 1987 so are you sure you have one ?
2. Some people have added the Style decals to older and newer bikes

The previous owner of my bike added an extra red stripe but here is my bike on its last outing with the original decals.

My first Style also had the Decal's removed by a previous owner, I bought it in 1989 from near Leeds, could it have been yours ?

I added the Motad to it

The reg of mine was D286 FAD. I bought it 2nd hand in May 1989 and sold it (I think) when our 2nd lad came along so 1992. A decision I regret to this day. The bike sale, not our children  Wink

It wasn't mine Ringfad.

Enclosed photos

The style was on it when I bought it yonks ago. When I repainted as part of upgrade I got new ones
I am sure that it had not been painted altered before I bought it

Goodness... It gets worse - I bought the stickers from Heritage Stickers..
Anyway does anyone know the location of the two chevrons in the photo above?

The chevrons were head & tail. IIRC, before the RS on the bottom left (as you face it) of the screen (which was solid black on the Style) and the same arrangement on the tail section.

Enlarge and take a look at Ringfads photo (#5) above.

Ignore the top red stripe - he says that's a previous owners later addition. If you want to go to original, there's a thin red stripe and a bolder silver/grey stripe below it. Yours seems to have the bold silver/grey at the top - and I dont recall any blue between them, but I didnt keep mine on, it was a verrrrry long time ago and my memory is shot.

I suppose at the end of the day, it doesnt matter if its original or not as long as you like it  1984 K100RS Style 112350

As Bonzo says the badges are on the front and rear, I will try and get a picture later for you

Ignore the pinstripe as it is not standard, you can just about see the badge to the left of the RS one.

Two Wheels Better may be able to confirm you have a Style if you let him know your chassis No.
