I can log in fine on my home computer, but when I try to log in on my work laptop, I get the message that my login or password is incorrect or inactive (I think). How can I log in on my work laptop?

Log in from your home computer then change the password the log in from the laptop using the new pass word.

As an alternative to the previously mentioned method, from the "I can't remember my password and I'm stuck on the outside" page, click on the blue highlighted 'I forgot my password" link and prove who you are, then change the password to something you can remember. Write it down so you don't have to ask in the future.
