Just been looking at the calendar for 2021 and have noticed that we are getting the ANZAC public holiday on Monday the 26th this year  

This is the weekend that the Kane Toad Rally is on that GB777 is running 

Additional to this the next weekend is also a long weekend  with Monday the 3rd of May 
 
So for those of us that are still working and not living the good life as yet if we take 4 days of annual leave  or just call in sick this will give us a 10 Day break to do a tour of Far North QLD and not suffer from the heat

Definitely keen to attend Kane Toad and extend on a few days after.

Not sure if mind and body are up for 10 days of touring though.

What did you have in mind?

Would assume that we need to keep it within QLD within  the way the premiers keep opening and closing the state borders

Hope the border madness calms down by then as I would love to attend the rally on account of my great-grandfather having been the baker in Mt Perry in the early part of the 20th century.

If border restrictions are not an issue , then a few of us look like heading up to Mt Perry for the Kane Toad Rally. It would be great to catch up with the SE Qld Krew again. Let'see what happens.

We have a big open area down stairs  that people can sleep in  

No beds  but we have plenty of camp stretcher  that we can set up

Sounds like a plan but as usual the KTR clashes with the Anzac weekend, so a non starter for me.  

I would love to catch up with the Hunter Crew if passing through as the K75 Nirvana I am not too far south of Matt's place.

and a couple of beds here in Glen  for o/nite stay if needed

Might even have a participant from further South.
