Ordered one of these...
Gosh dang, we're off again... S-l140

Yep, everyone's building them. Yep, it's way too narrow to sit on a K frame (just something else to alter). Yep, that spare K75 frame that's started quaking with fear has already donated it's identity to the K75k  Shocked. Yep, a K75 just IS NOT the right engine for a flat tracker. Nope, you'll only end up producing an embarrasingly poor rendition of the the XR750 - the most HE-MAN bike out there. Nope, there's ABSOLUTELY NO LIKELIHOOD that you'll ever get close to drifting your rear wheel on this, or ANY, bike.....

Oh well, off we go  Very Happy

It's just a no-brand, probs a copy of someone else's copy of a copy...like they all are. Made by somebody not far from me. I decided to buy it because it's 'extra long': 33 inches. I reckon anything smaller might look a bit daft on a mighty old K. This is only happening because I've got some bits lying around and I enjoyed building the last two...

You can get those in electric these days. I say go for it Chris - out-BMW BMW and build the world's first electric flying brick. It could look a bit like a K75 if you want?

I love that picture. I look at it and think, 'what was that that lion thinking?', 'what ON EARTH was that lion thinking??'.
People doing stuff like that is great. It legitimises departures from the norm for no other reason than...no reason is necessary  Smile

Hear, hear!!  While the events depicted in the photo might be a departure from most people's norm, for the lion and buddy driving the spiffy four wheeler, there was normal (otherwise the lion would have dismembered the poor bastid).  I'm thinking it might be time to leave my rut and go and join the circus in order to benefit from a newer and better normal -lol!
