For those interested the exhaust 4 into 1 is a fancy car exhaust tip  turned round the 4 outlets are almost a perfect fit for the k headers, cost about $30 aus on ebay, bit of silicon to seal em up and a cheapy muffler and a couple of baffles to make her sound great but not too noisy , all from china cost f all. As for the seat its a k base and is super comfy for long tours and I can clip  a gear sack rack on with hidden mounts and carry camping gear, she's a good all rounder and rides extremely well after several versions , must be close to 10 years since I first  decide to custom it from what was an almost parts bike I got for $800 . Seen a lot of kay bikes done since and some crazy prices being asked for bikes with half the features of this one, the late model wheels and bigger brakes are sensational . Plan to get many more years out of it now its on club reg . keep on kaying A B

would be interested to actually get a link to those collectors mate

ive found some stuff overseas but "us" based and a little pricey relatively for a real collector merge , rather than a funnel that i have seen on most

I did see once a guy in Europe than welded up a really well designed merge and infact offered a really good price , not so many moons ago , but do you think I can find it again .....nada so disappointed ...sigh

cheers

eBay link to four-into-one universal

Better check the dimensions as they are stating 'Inner dianeter (sic) 57mm. Outer dianeter (sic) 38mm. Total length 155mm.'

Something's front to back with those specs (and the spelling). I once knew a gal called Diane, who had a nice round dianeter, and could crack walnuts with her...

I had a look at that listing, and copied the description into oohbay's search field where it brengs back an identical looking item priced even cheaper at £20. The description of both items looks the same - I took the 'inner' to mean the 'input' and 'outer' to mean the 'output', that way the dimensions might make a bit more sense.
