Last 7 digits are 6493803. The bike is a US model that was imported into New Zealand.

That shows as a 5/91 K100RS 16v and AFAIK the instrument cluster will work on that bike.

The only difference is that the 96 cluster has a Pin 12 to illuminate the second ABS indicator. (Where the choke indicator used to be.) Your 91 has no wire to Pin 12.
Aside from that all should be the same so the 96 cluster should work just fine on a 91 4V.
