That looks really well, been thinking about doing this with my K100rs. Any problems getting the conversion from the two clocks to a single one ?

Speedo is the reason why its not completely ready. I took the board from old instrument cluster and tried to make it work with this speedo but i think the old sensor is dead and is not sending signal. Tacho readings is not accurate.
I think next winter i get smaller cluster with just speedo. Its too much work with this clock. And tacho really is not that important.
So this clock conversion really took a lot of time (and beer) with wiring and testing. And was/is the only problem with this project.
But cant complain. It has been fun building this machine.
