Hi Everybody

Thank you for letting me in on this really well assorted forum, I must have read a few dozen of postings already.

I am a proud owner of a highly stuborn diva, my K100 RS from 1984
I bought her two years ago and decided to shine her up, do some more in depth maintenance (i.e. spline lube as suggested by Chris Harris on Youtube, and fixing up the breaks and stuff like that) further more I took her in for a proper dress up as the previous owner tried to make a cafe racer but managed to just ruin the paint job.

I haven't quite decided whether I want to adventure on to the cafe racing world with her, because she is ment to be my noble steed in the summertime, thus having a proper wind deflection is pretty nice.

This might sound fine and dandy but I must admit Im in pretty dire need of some guidance, this will be on another thread I think.

Again thank you very much for letting me in and look forward to learning a bunch more!

I have gotten her all put together and that is where the weirdness starts.

Welkom  Quist,

They look so much better with all their clothes on. Leaves more too the imagination so to speak.

With the recent run of of Danes on the forum you will soon be the most represented per head of population.

Enjoy,  Dave.

Welcome.

My sentiments run to keeping them stock is the plastiC parts are good.

Just sayin'...

That said I have an '85 RS that didn't have any bodywork when I bought it and am putting the C fairing on it.
