Hi all, I removed the exhaust header nuts off of my new to me K1 and the header pipe to the #4 pot fell on the ground. I believe broken welds are not that unusual, however, are they repairable? Is it normally the #4 pot or can any of them fail? Gonna be a bit of a bugger to get the weld right round so if anyone has done this or has practical suggestions I would appreciate it.
The stainless cover on the muffler has a ding in it and was wondering if anyone has removed it for repairs? There are two rivets that I guess are what holds this to the can. Any other fastenings as I can't see anything else? Any insight as to what is going on here would be appreciated.
Thanks for your help
