Anyone from Brisbane or Gold Coast area up for a Koffee over new year weekend?
Maybe some hinterland Koffee haus for a quick ride or local cafe for a meet up. Any suggestions?

Not sure if I can make it. I got back on the bike a week or so ago (haven't ridden her for 8 months).
Major pain in my damaged arm when i lean into left hand corners.
And the back brake is sticking on.
I suspect the rear master cylinder.
I'll have to pull it off and most probably order a new one from Motobins as I've already put a kit through it about 15 years ago.

The Rio Grandé travels from its headwaters in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, through the middle of the (US) state of New Mexico and down into Mexico proper near El Paso, Texas. The only place it shares a border with the US and Mexico is in an easterly direction below Texas on its way to the Gulf of Mexico. Some Mexicans live south of that border. Others live elsewhere, even way up here in Washington state.

From all those Western movies watched as a kid, I thought the Rio Grande went all the way from the Pacific to the Caribbean.

I could get equally precise about the Murray River in Oz, but the vast majority of the Murray River forms the vast majority of the NSW - Victoria border. 
In the interests of pedantry, the border is the southern bank, so the entire river is in NSW.
