I have just purchased 2 0ff K100s  for the measly sum of £150, 1 is in great condition but the other one has been triked.

Kpox on the first hit. Excellent [Kpox: the contagious propensity of a K owner to somehow keep adding Ks to his garage]

Well done and welcome to the forum.

Have a look on the home page, what to do if you just bought a K.

Don't be afraid to ask any questions no matter how simple they seem. We ,ove our Ks and lots have come to them as their first bike and not as their first BMW.

They have their ways but there is a friendly collective wisdom that will keep you running nicely. Even better some of us meet up from time to time so take a read around the forum. I suspect there may be other K owners not too far from you......If you travel a bit further do come over this way too.

When you get a chance pop up some photos.

A useful thing is put into your signature the model and VIN numbers of your K so the wise can make sure you get the correct information. There have been various changes and updates so not all parts are interchangeable and admittedly I have been guilty of popping up things that were incorrect but quickly corrected by someone else being able to read off the numbers.

Enjoy the forum.

2 bikes for £150 sounds like the bargain of the year. Bournemouth is not that far from me so, hope to see you out and about.

Im in the trade as it were so i can from time to time pick bikes up for lunch money, but they generally need lots of work.
