Hello, just got round to joining this highly recommended forum. Sidecar Paul, also of the BMW club UK, finally pushed me. I've had my 1990 K100 RS 16v for exactly 5 years now, and seen its mileage go from 18.5k to 55.5k miles.
Really pleased with it, and couldn't even be tempted to change it for a Triumph Sprint GT.
Regards, Martin Springall, Driffield, East Yorks Laughing

Thanks everybody for the welcome. I'm trying to upload a couple of photos, but it's beating me! Will get my clever daughter to help this weekend!

Hello,

Here are a couple of photos. The bike came with the comfort seat, panniers and high screen, but I put on the Givi rack and small topbox, so practical for commuting.

Welcome Paul, Mice clean motor you've got there, what size is your rear tire as a matter of interest?

Hi, I'm Martin, Paul has the sidecar!
The rear tyre is the OE size: 160/60 ZR18. It looks a bit low in the profile if you're used to an 8 valve. I'm on Michelin Pilot Road 3s after 2 sets of PR2s. Great tyres and with me last 10k miles.
