Feels a shame to waste a thread on this but I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get the 2 pin (bullet) connection from. On my bike it connects the indicator attached to the mirror to the wiring.

I've tried maplins and another electrical store however none have one that is small enough.

I didn't bother when mine cracked up. I removed the connector from the mirror housing and soldered two longer wires to the remaining stubs (I insulated them with heatshrink). I then used 'Japanese' bullet connectors to connect them back into the main loom.

There's a positive side effect too of doing this: if some git knocks the mirror housing off it doesn't hit the deck.

You might want to try a large European electronics supplier like RS Components. Their selection is large so it might be a long search to find a compatible connector from their extensive inventory.

A cheaper better solution is to look through Ebay for Asian sellers offering 2pin waterproof connectors. Search on these Ebay IDs to see what I'm talking about - 291435327706 or 111675587183.

Deutsch connectors are outstanding units, come in virtually every combination you can think of or need, are waterproof, robust and perfect for bikes.
deutsch connectors - Google Search
Google them in your area as they are an international company with outlets everywhere.

G'day Joker ,
why don't you just go & get the original connectors from BMW ? , that's what I did and they were not expensive , also in response to Dai's post , run a lanyard from one mirror through the fairing to the other mirror , I use this method to catch the pod if it gets knocked off
