I see you have gone for the off road style of panniers. I recognise the style but cannot remember the brand. I am looking at a similar style of top box for one of my bikes. That size pelican style case is available here from Bunnings for A$40.

The engine bars are from a K75 RTP, a police bike. They're hard to find. I have two sets of Rigid Industry Dually lights wired through relays. The ambers are connected to my low beams and the whites to the high beams.
I found a K100 radiator shroud which actually fits my K75RT radiator and tank. I have S handlebars.
I really like this setup. I bought the bike four years ago as an RT and have been modifying it ever since.
