HI Folks,
Just a heads up on an action Cam.
I have a sena SMH10, must like most of you I imagine, great piece of kit. Anyway the Birthday loomed and I bought the Prism action cam, as my neighbour warned me against a go pro as the expense mounts up. I bought the unit in QLD for
$100 less then anywhere, very good saving. I used it for 3 weeks very good integration and great quality, one of the guys in my group is a prof photo/video chap and was impressed. Anyway Sunday it stopped responding to the USB, would not mount on my Mac (nor the dreaded windoze) could get the micro usb out and transfer the files that way but being a brick owner I demanded perfection!
Called QLD on Monday, they informed me that the distributer was in WA (Perth) so called them and they swapped it for a new unit no questions asked.
I must say very good service , 2 year warranty well worth the $399 spent.
The unit comes with every conceivable mount, and the helmet mount is bloody marvellous.
